Moose Are Here... 11/14/19

Helloooo hello everyone! Remember me?! That one girl who started the blog but hasn't posted in a long time? Yeah that's me. BUT I'M BACK. I do sincerely apologize for the lack of posts on the blog. I realize that I haven't posted in nearly a month, which is a long time. My sister and my niece were in town last week, so we were super busy with them, and I've been busy with outside of AJ writing. Coolcat is currently on a hiatus, Housemom418 has been on a 2 week hiatus, Housemom322 was sick yesterday, and Gizmo was unable to post on Tuesday, and as some of you know, Ja983 has left the blog. So everyone has been accounted for! Yay! XDD But as the holidays approach and as our lives get busier, some weeks we'll have more posts than others. But my posting should resume as normal soon! :)

Anywho, there was an update today! So let's get started with todays post!

Moose are here! Hooray! I honestly forgot that they were coming in this update! However... They are pretty ugly. I really don't like hating on AJ, because I know how much hard work they put into these animals. But I'm honestly not a fan of them...

When I first got the moose, the player card picture was yellow and white, but the actual avatar was light and dark purple. The moose are very... Oddly shaped.

And they have some strange actions... Heh.

Alrighty, when I saw this, I immediately thought this looked like a scene in Frozen 2. If you've seen some of the GIF's from the movie, there's a GIF where Anna is flying in a pile of orange leaves. I think AJ is copying Disney, but that's just my opinion...

Pet turkeys are back just in time for Thanksgiving! You can adopt one now in the Diamond Shop for 3 diamonds.

The rags-to-riches den item/clothing item sets are now in stores! I love the old school 1950's feel of it, like with the phone and the radio. Also, the elevator is absolutely ADORABLE. Plus the working clothing set looks like it came straight out of Mary Poppins which is pretty great. Anyone else picking up the Disney theme yet??

The winter small house is back! I love this den, and think it's so pretty! It's the perfect Christmas den, especially if you're a nonmember! It's now for sale at the Den Shop for 2,000 gems.

Wolfenoot is back already! Wolfenoot is a fun new holiday that was created by a kid who wanted to honor wolves. Pretty cool! The Wolfenoot cake is now for sale in Jam-Mart-Furniture (along with some fall decor that came back) for 1,000 gems.

It's almost Feast of Thanks (AKA Thanksgiving)! I honestly can't believe that it's almost the holidays. It seems like this year just completely flew by compared to last year! Thanksgiving is a time when we give thanks to God for all that He's blessed us with. So many people celebrate Thanksgiving, including people who don't even believe in God. It must bring up the question, "who are we giving thanks to?" and the answer is always God. He's the One whose given us everything, so in return we should thank Him. That's how Thanksgiving started actually. The pilgrims were giving thanks to God for their abundant food in their new land!

On the right side of the page, it says that the Jamaalidays are also coming soon! So be on the lookout for that!

HIIIIIIII IT'S GIZMO HERE (:

Can we talk about how GORGEOUS the adventure Twists and Turns is?

Like, okay...It has lights and trees that's enough to make me "Fall" in love with it.

(You get it? "FALL" in love? Heheh...)

ANYWHO, today I thought we'd give this adventure a go. 

In case you didn't know, I'm terrible at lucky clovers!

Maybe I'll be better at Twists and Turns ("MAYBE" is the keyword in that sentence)?

I started the adventure by talking to my good friend Chloe, she told me what to do (She probably knew I'm not very good at adventures).

I started exploring getting distracting many of times by how cute this adventure is.

I mean, it was so pretty. I found little Koi fish, step ladders so you can pick the little apples off the trees AHH, I LOVED IT!

However, I did not love all the twists and turns, Idk why I was expecting it to be simple.

CHLOE, YOU DIDN'T TELL ME HOW HARD IT WAS!

I'm kidding, It wasn't really that hard! I enjoyed the adventure, it was so fun! 

It would probably be even more fun if I did it with friends though...COUGH Housemom418,Housemom322 and Graciepopstar91 (:

11/1/19 Update Friday?!?

Hey y'all! Welcome back to another blog post! I'm aware that I didn't post last week, and I'm super sorry about that! I've been running out of ideas, but I'm not quitting anytime soon! :) So, today is an update post, and I was really surprised! Yesterday was Halloween, which was on a Thursday this year, so Animal Jam did not update yesterday. However, they updated today! So, I decided to do an update post for y'all today. I'm actually super excited to do one, because this was an exciting update! :D

So, let's get started with this blog post!

Page 1:

Yay! Pet snails have arrived! They are SOOO adorable! I think Animal Jam has stepped up the game on the pets, because the last pet was also super cute! I have one that is white, and it looks like a little marshmallow! So cute! :)

Page 2:

I really like the peck's den, but I think It's a little bit too big. It's just... so giant that It's quite hard to actually decorate it. However, it is really pretty. So, that's that! I guess it's exciting for those who don't have this den, though! (:

Page 3:

This seems like a very interesting bundle! I think the clothing looks really cute on it, but not only that...

LEMURS!

I have never had a lemur before, so I will be super excited when this bundle comes into the diamond shop! Yaaaaay!

Page 4:

YAY! TWIST AND TURNS HAS COME BACK! I'm so happy! Ever since fall came around, or well... heh... the end of summer, I was very excited for twists and turns! It's always fun getting cute pictures with all of the super adorable scenery, in that adventure! Since twists and turns has come back, it means that Jamaa is full of colors, such as orange, yellow, and red! Always pretty this time of the year in the game. :)

Night of the phantoms has officially almost ended, which I'm super glad! As y'all probably know, unless if you are a new reader, most of us on this blog do not celebrate Halloween. So that being said, I'm happy that it's over!

Feast of Thanks is for sure one of my favorite times of the year, because It means thanksgiving is so super soon! From today, the day I am writing and posting this, thanksgiving is only 27 more days away here in the U.S!

Hello everybody! I hope you are having a great day. I know that I am. Can you believe that in 2 days it's the 1st of November? I can't! It's crazy to think almost 11 months ago I was saying hello to 2019, now in 2 months I'm saying hello to 2020, which sounds really crazy to say! Anyways, let's get into today's post!

Today, I'm going to be showing some of the random screenshots that I have on my computer. I haven't opened this folder since I made it back in May, so this shall be fun! Hopefully, I'll be able to remember the backstory of each photo! Let's open the folder and see what is inside!

1)

This first photo I have named as "What We do When We Don't Want to Say Goodbye"

Yeah, let's just roll the clip...

So here, we have Gracie, Gizmo, my sister, and I. I am assuming Gracie was getting off. I was saying goodbye, but my sister and Gizmo had other plans... As you can see, my sister is falling over and Gizmo...well...she's eating Gracie hat! What a disaster! This is actually quite typical with us though.

This one is called "Here Comes Trouble" I am assuming this was taken the same day because we all are wearing the same exact outfits.

LOL Gracie took the words right out of my mouth. My sister...well she's got a mind of her own sometimes. I'm not exactly sure where she came up with this phase, but I am guessing she was probably eating spagghetios at the time. I'm just causally standing there saying "WOW SIS."

This one was called "Dying, but Going Nowhere."

I am not exactly sure what I mean by this title. I guess maybe it was a glitch? Not really sure. Moving on.

This one is called "Happy Friends."

AWWWW THIS IS ADORABLE!!! I literally have no words! We look like we are having a fun friend party! Can we just take a moment to look at Gizmo's outfit! I love it oh-so much!

I think this may be in the wrong folder. I am not really sure where I was going with this photo. I think this is when AJ was having issues with people making websites that looked AJ, promising items. I'm not exactly sure though.

This last one is called "Horse and Sheep, or House and Sleep, or Hide and Seek"

My guess is we were trying to figure out what to do and what animal to use, and we all said something different. Not really sure, because someone doesn't remember... Either way this is a crazy photo, with a crazy title, with 3 very crazy people. :wink:

I've been logging online a lot this week, one of the reasons being I have a new passion for collecting rare pets!
Today I thought I'd show you some of them

so without further ado grab your snacks and bring forward the squirrels!!!

Meet my squirrels!

(YES, I REALIZE I HAVE A MAJOR SQUIRREL PROBLEM)

I don't have names for all of them but I'm curious to know what you'd call your squirrel? 

I started collecting squirrels a while ago and I really loved it!

My collecting grew from then on.

What do you guys think of the Animal Jam squirrel?

Would you rate them in the top 5 cutest animal jam pets with the pangolins?

personally, I think some features are cuter than others, I like the pangolins better cuteness wise but these guys definitely belong in the top 5.

Do you remember that squirrel from the movie Ice age?
He was literally one of my favourite characters, I mean look at him!

Okay, he might be a little scary but trust me, you learn to love him.

Speaking of squirrels, I thought I'd add some squirrel facts encase any of you were interested!

Squirrels are rodents.

There are around 280 different species of squirrel.

Most squirrels are small and have big eyes and bushy tails.

Their large eyes help them skillfully climb trees and avoid predators.

Squirrels eat mostly nuts, fruits and seeds.

Squirrels are born blind.

Flying squirrels can’t fly like birds but they can glide between trees.

Chipmunks are small squirrels with stripes.

Chipmunks have cheek pouches which help them carry food.
