God Is Making Masterpieces Out of Messes

I heard this quote recently from a sermon I was listening to."God is making masterpieces out of messes." I really struck me; I guess I never really thought of it that way before. Let me tell you, my life hasn't always been pretty. I've stumbled along the way, and if you're honest, you have too.

The great thing is, God can still make you into something that is useful and pleasant. That's if you allow Him. It's like the clay and potter analogy, found in Jeremiah 18:2-4 and 6.

2) Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.
3) Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.
4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it. 

6) O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.


It's amazing that a potter can take a lump of clay, which otherwise may be useless, and make it into something useful. That's exactly what God wants to do with us - make us into something that's useful to Him.

We see that the Apostle Paul tells Timothy something very similar, in 2 Timothy 2:20-21.

20) But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
21) If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

God is willing to use you, if you allow Him no matter how big of a mess you've made in your life. God is only looking for a man or woman who will allow Him to make and shape them for His use. It may take some fire, molding, and scraping, but in the end it's what He wants. He has a vessel of honor. 

But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. - Isaiah 64:8

It's not about about living a perfect life, something I've struggled with, but it's more about living a clean life that's always willing to be used. 

Think about it, we often use the clean dishes, we don't use the dirty ones. However, at some point all dishes get dirty and they need cleaned. This is where you apply 1 John 1:9, which says:

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 

It's as simple as that! Confessing, that's you've made a mess. Then, He is the one who cleans us from that mess. It's a great feeling when He cleanses you. 

That being said, He's making masterpieces out of messes. We're not perfect and aren't going to be, but we can choose to live a clean life. A life that is separate from the world.  A life that is honorable and pleasing to the Lord Jesus Christ. That's what I strive for in my life. That's what I want . 

I want to be God's masterpiece and hope you do to.

I've been on holiday the last 2 weeks so I haven't posted :(
I'm back now though! Ready to post for you all once again.
Today I didn't really know what to post about, but I really wanted to express my love for the new pet Pangolins that have recently been added to the game they must be one of the cutest animals ever just look at dat cute wittle face! 
These animals are critically endangered, so it's good to raise awareness of these adorable creatures.

I love the design of the pets I think it is definitely first place in the top 5 cutest Animal Jam pets!
I am officially obsessed with this animal thank you AJHQ for bringing these adorable creatures to the game. 

I love learning about new animals this creature especially!

Did you know they can consume 20,000 ants per day?!
That's crazy.

73 million ants a year. 

If you guys have any Pangolin facts make sure to comment them down below because I'd love to hear them!

Please help raise awareness for Pangolins they are very nearly extinct because of reasons like poaching. Many animals are threatened by that reason and causes them to become extinct.

Let's help save these animals!

Hey Y'all! Welcome back to another bloggie postie today with housey mousey. (:

Okay, I'm going to stop saying ''House''

Anyway, so I know you guys are probably going to get tired of me singing songs and stuff for blog posts, but it is really something I enjoy doing, so I figured, why not post it for y'all who enjoy it? I realize I did not get many views on the post last week, but that's okay. Even if I don't get many views, I just need support, and I need to make sure most importantly my Lord, Jesus Christ, is pleased with what I am posting. So while you guys may be posting about Halloween things, I'm going to be posting about songs most and likely. So I am writing this on a Thursday, (aka 10/3/19) and today Animal Jam updated to Halloween.

That being said, there is probably going to be a lot of people going to your den, so make sure to lock your dens to buddies only guys!

The other day I got this 7 year old coming up to me (no offense by that, I'm just saying she was very very young) on Animal Jam, saying "Trick or Treat!" I'm like... sorry... LOL

So anyway, today I am going to be going to Jamaa, saying I am hosting a concert in my den. When I do this, I will come when I get... probably about 3 or 4 people, (since nobody comes to dens anymore) I am going to be getting on the platform, "singing hymns and songs." I think this will be really fun, because I have done this before, and I have gotten some...

Expection Vs. Reality

Hello, guys! Welcome to another post! I am really sorry about last week's post. I honestly have no idea what I was thinking! IT'S HORRIBLE! However, the past is in the past, and I'm moving on. Today's post will be a lot better than the last week's I promise.

Today, I am going to be doing an expectation vs reality in 3 categories: Shopping, Art Studio, and Creating a look. Well, looks like, I have some work to be doing, so let's jump right into it.



Shopping:

Things That You Can Do When Night Of The Phantoms Come!

Today, I am covering for Gizmo634.

So, some of you guys might know that I do not celebrate halloween. 

Some people might think that I'm weird for not celebrating halloween, but trust me, there are reasons. XDDD

So, not only that I don't celebrate halloween, I don't celebrate the night of the phantoms in animal jam either, because they do it for halloween...

Even though halloween is a little over a month away, some people are already preparing for halloween, and I'm not sure when animal jam is going to change it to be the night of the phantoms, so I decided that I would post about this now. (:

So for everybody who does not celebrate halloween nor the night of the phantoms, you probably try to stay out of Jamaa when it comes.

So here are some fun things to do when the ''holiday'' comes!

Number 1.

Make a normal outfit that you would normally make, or make an outfit that does not have any of the colors black, purple, and orange in it! 

A lot of items have black in it, but since black is a color that a lot of people wear on halloween, try not to wear any of it!

It can be challenging, I know. XDDD

This is just one thing to do when night of the phantoms comes!

Number 2.

Go to random peoples dens, and just start talking about the gospel to them, or sing lyrics of Christian songs to them!

This is something that is always fun each year, to see their reaction to you.

Most and likely they are going to think that you are going to say, "Trick or Treat!"

But let me tell you, It's completely the opposite.

Number 3.

Give out some rares for those who liked the gospel, and didn't lock you out!

There's a reward to listening to the gospel, it might not be earthly, but it will be Spiritually!

So, there's nothing wrong with giving something to somebody who listened to the gospel. :)

Number 4. 

I know Gracie says that she decorates for Christmas on halloween, but you don't have to do that in your home...

You can do it on Animal Jam!
Just start decorating for Christmas, and have fun with it!
I'm sure some people will get a surprise when they see you decorating for Christmas. XDD

Number 5.

You can make masterpieces for people!

Making masterpieces are always a very fun thing to do.

Why?

It's because you spent your time and effort to make something for someone that will always remember you making that masterpiece for them. :)

Number 6.

Just say thank you to your friends!

Most people are probably going to go to your den, demanding rares on that night.

However, you can surprise your friends by just going to their den and saying thank you for everything they have done!
