It's Karalee!
Last week, I requested a bit more information about a drawing prompt I had received quite a while ago asking for (from my fuzzy long-term memory) "Queen Sapphira from the Wings of Fire series".
Sadly, I didn't get a clarifying response to that part of my last post, so I just google searched "Queen sapphira wings of fire". I didn't find a Queen Sapphira, but I did find a Princess Sapphire on the Wings of Fire Wiki! So I drew a chibi of her, and am hoping fervently that that is what was actually requested. (Meep! 😝)
There weren't any official illustrations of the Princess specifically on the wiki page, but there was an illustration of a typical Seawing dragon (the type of dragon she is)!
There was also one piece of fanart where someone took the Seawing art and made a bright sapphire blue version. I took inspiration from that for her color scheme, and the result is....

Because there's some confusion as to whether this is actually the character I was supposed to draw, I would like to preemptively offer my very sincere apologies if it's not!! 😨😆 Please comment down below if you know of another Wings of Fire character with a name like "Queen Sapphira" that I could have misremembered!

Okay, I looked her up and she IS in Wings of Fire but only in a prequel that happens years and years and years ago. Sarah hasn’t read the book yet so I don’t think she asked for this?
