Wild Weekend Items! 8/30/19!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hey guys! Welcome back to another blog post. I hope you enjoyed that intro, hehe. 😆 So today, I am going to be doing Wild Weekend Items. This week, I couldn't help but post about this update. I think it is SOOO cool! Also, make sure to tell Gracie Happy Birthday, her birthday was a couple days ago! Now, let's get into this blog post, shall we?
------
I think this was such a cool idea!!! I also love how they put Playwild's animal on there. Cuteee!
So, as normal, make sure to get this before it ends!!! I think these could become rare someday, I might be wrong, but I think a lot of people that make videos themselves might like it. So, let's head to the diamond shop to check the items out!! Yay!
Okay, finally there in the diamond shop.

I just love these items! So the first one is called a Vlogger Desk, very noice, very noice. The second one is called a Gamer Desk. The third one is called a Gamer Computer. The forth one is called a Gamer Chair. The fifth one is called a Softbox light. The sixth one is called a Camera Tripod.
(SCREAMS) A CAMERA IS OFFICIALLY IN ANIMAL JAM
Anyway, so that's it for this wild weekend-
JUST KIDDING.
There's another page!
So the first one is called a Table Microphone, pretty cool, pretty cool. And then the second one is called a Vlogger Backdrop! Most of these items come in different colors, so make sure to get them when you can!!!
However, one sad thing about this update is that only 2 things were for nonmembers. I'm sorry nonmembers! But at least you guys got 2 things. :)
I also think it is amazing that everything in this wild weekend was only one diamond a piece!
At least it's not that expensive, XDDD.
Well, I guess that is it for today guys!
I hope you guys enjoyed this blog post!
Bye!
Here's today's bible verse:
1 Corinthians 13:13 (KJV)
And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Mmm...wait, WHERE'S MY WALNUT!?

"You didn't ask for one..."

:Falls to knees: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

__________________________________________________________________

Good morning, afternoon, evening? What ever time it is for you, I am glad you're here.

I've been thinking recently, "why don't I know God like I should, or want to?"

It seems like a crazy question, I know. At least, maybe one that you wouldn't think of asking. Yes, I realize maybe I think too much, or too deeply into things (my family can tell you I do that a lot).

I've come up with a couple of conclusions, now they may not be concrete things, however I certainly think these things can keep us from knowing God in a more personal way.

1) The thing that separates us from God - sin.

I know this is hard topic, but nevertheless it's important. You see, the last 2 years ish,  I've been struggling with a "besetting" sin, as Hebrews 12:1 calls it.

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

It has consumed my time, my mind, and my energy. Last week, I decided to put that thing off to the side and not touch it for 30 days. That thing is YouTube. I've said, I struggled with it before. However, over the last year it's gotten worst. It got to the point it was all I did! Now, it wasn't easy to give it up, nor are the coming days. I've fallen and watched a few, but I'm trying. I've asked for forgiveness, and God forgave me. Yesterday, I decided the best thing to do when I feel the urge to grab my phone and watch YouTube, was to pray. For He said,

Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. - Matthew 26:41

It's been hard, the temptation has certainly been there, but I know He'll guide me through it. I know He gives me a way out of the temptation, for 1 Corinthians 10:13 states,

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it

It's tough to give up the thing you're holding onto and it can be a number of things, it's doesn't have to be visible. It can be a sin of the heart such as, bitterness, unforgivness, covetousness, or even unthankfulness. However, it does need to be taken to God, because it can bring you closer to Him.

Not only are you living a more holy life by doing this, but you realize that God is a God of help. He doesn't leave you down here to figure all of it out on your own, rather He helps you along the way. He's a personal God.

2) Not casting all our cares upon Him.

I am guilty of not doing this. It took a piece of bad news for me to realize I needed to bring my cares to God, though I knew the verse in 1 Peter, pretty well.

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. - 1 Peter 5:7

I think we can get caught up with the decisions in front of us that we forget to bring them to God. However, this is exactly what He asks for us to do. It reminds me of the song, What A Friend We Have In Jesus, one of my favorites! In the first verse it says,

Oh, what peace we often forfeit
Oh, what needless pain we bear
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in prayer

We, or I, carry pain that I really don't need to be. It's as simple and getting down on your knees are crying out, saying "Lord, I am hurting."

I've hurt in the middle in the night, my heart broken into a million pieces, but during that time I've felt Him wrap His tender loving arms around me. I've felt the peace of bringing my cares and problems to Him. I've felt the weight of decisions a head of me vanish.

3) Being thankful

I've realized, God likes people who are thankful for both the good and the bad. Psalms 100:4 says,

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Being thankful brings you into the gates. It brings you closer to Him, and praise brings you even closer.

A few verses that speak of giving thanks are:

Ephesians 5:20 - Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Philippians 4:6 - Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 - In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

I feel that it's important to give God thanks. It seems to bring you just a little closer to Him, especially when bad things happen. It doesn't make sense I know. However, it tells God that He is still good, even though it seems your world is crashing all around you. It shows Christian maturity on your part. God likes that.

In matter of fact, in the last days people become more and more unthankful. So, it's even more important to be thankful now.

For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, - 2 Timothy 3:2
__________________________________________________________________

That's all for today. I hope you all can incorporate one or more of these things into your life. As I think it's important to be close and know God on a more personal level. It makes life more enjoyable.

Epic Dens List + Top 5 Games I feel Like We Have Forgot About

Me: (Logs onto AJ)
Why do I keep getting buddy requests? I'm so confused!
You guys: I don't know House, and I don't really care?
Me: Lets see the people who are on the Epic dens List!
You guys: Okay?
Me: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
You guys: What?
Me: (No response)
You guys: House has lost it...
Literally...
Lost it...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hey guys! Welcome back to another blog post! :) Today, I have something to share with you guys!
I have always been wanting this to happen... but it never did. I always thought it would be crazy for this to happen... but it happened today!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Okay so, some cons about being on the epic dens is...
PEOPLE
WILL
NOT
STOP
FLOODING
YOUR
DEN
!!!
Or, they try to buddy you.
Which is like, really annoying, but I think it is SOOO cool to be on this list! I'm super happy, this has been a dream of mine for a long time now! I love how I'm right above Hyenine1. XD
Another thing that I find about the Epic Dens List is that they ALWAYS... I MEAN ALWAYS, end up putting empty dens on the list, or just random dens in general... It's quite annoying, but that's okay. LOL
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Top 5 Games I feel Like We Have Forgot About

Number 5.
Super Sort
---
I feel like so many people have forgot about this game! I find this game to be a really fun game to play, since It is so hard not to put an item in the wrong bin!
I find it cool too because It is like recycling. XD
OM
OW
OW
OW
I have my volume up, and I went to get into the game and om...
IT IS SO LOUD!!!
Wow, I love this music though.
This might be my favorite music now in Animal Jam LOL
You guys should listen to it!
---
Number 4.
Double Up
When I just heard this name I went,
"Huh?"
I was so confused what this game was, until I realized!
I feel like this is a really old game...
*looks up*
YEP!
August 2011.
I think this game is really cool, and it really shows how old it is!
But in order to test if this game is really cool...
I MUST HEAR HOW THE MUSIC SOUNDS.
Okay music...
NOT AS NOICE...
LET'S CONTINUE.
---
Number 3.
Mira Says
I personally love the game Mira says!
I think it is a super fun game!
However, I feel like it has become forgotten...
which is really sad!
Half of these games I've never listened to the music so...
LETS TEST THE MUSIC.
There is not really any music in this one so...
NOT GOOD MUSIC.
---
Number 2.
Swoopy Eagle
I feel like this one is just too hard for too many people.
I know Difficult said that he was working on going straight 80 times but..
Honestly...
I could never do that.
I feel like...
Idk.
Honestly,
Idk.
TIME TO CHECK THE MUSIC!
Om...
Okay so my sister mentioned that when you fall, it sounds like Mexican music and then they like slap their leg, and it makes a sound...
Om...
She is so right...
Totally check that out guys. LOL
---
Number 1.
Phantoms Treasure
Okay, I think this one almost all of us have forgot...
I want to say that it was called something different, but I might be wrong.
When I first heard this name and looked at the game, I was so confused.
I was like, is this a new game or?
Nah, It is an old game, I just don't know if many people played/play it.
Time to test the music for the final time...
YES
OKAY
So my sisters reaction to this was...
IT SOUNDS LIKE SPONGEBOB MUSIC.
Literally.
It does.
Then, I kept clicking on everything, and I kept getting stuff wrong and she said...
That's not relaxing.
Then I stopped and she said:
That's relaxing.
SO THAT BEING SAID...
I THINK MY SISTER LIKES THIS MUSIC?
MAYBE?
POSSIBLY?
She laughed.
So yes.
She does.
I think.
her:
*sips soda*
She said,
Yes, Yes, Yes I do.
I think it is very nice music.
----
Well, I guess that is it for today guys!
I hope you enjoyed!
Here is today's bible verse...!
Esther 1:6 (KJV)
Where were white, green, and blue, hangings, fastened with cords of fine linen and purple to silver rings and pillars of marble: the beds were of gold and silver, upon a pavement of red, and blue, and white, and black, marble.

Oh! Thursday? Already? Welp Here's The Update! 8/22/19

Hey hey heeeeey jam's! I hope you're having a great week so far! I've been pretty busy with an online volunteer job I have (it's hard to explain without revealing personal info XD) and I've been having a great week!

I really can't believe that it's already Thursday. Where has this week gone? Where has this month gone?! I feel like June just crawled because we had so so much going on, but since July I feel like time has been flying.

Anywhoooo, let's get started with today's update post! Today's update is a mix of a couple of new things! There's a new Wild Weekend, a new patterned animal, and armor that will be returning very soon! This update is a whopping 8 pages, which is kind of a lot. XD

---

This week's Wild Weekend is called "Call of the Wild", and although it's super cute, I feel like Animal Jam made a big mistake with it... I'll show you why.

These 8 new items are now available in the Diamond Shop for 4 days! Don't get me wrong, I think these items are super adorable. But I feel some of the items could be really, really misused. For instance, the tree with the heart on it. I feel this could get misused for the same reason Animal Jam removed the red paint. Yes, I get it that it's supposed to be a painted heart, but let's be honest, sometimes when people roleplay it can get uhhhh a bit out of hand. 😬
Uhh well moving on.

The new patterned foxes are here! These new foxes are adorable, and are perfect for fall!

These foxes are available in the Diamond Shop for 10 diamonds.

The Fantasy Castle is back (honestly I didn't know it was gone) and is for sale in the Den Shop for 7,500 gems. This den has been around for as long as I can remember, and one of my fondest memories in there was when I had a Bastille Day cooking challenge thing. XDD

Toucans and eagles are also back, (and I didn't know those were gone either) and are for sale in the Diamond Shop for 10 diamonds each.

Pet owls are also back... Why didn't I know all these things left??? Buuuut okay. The pet owls are for sale in the Diamond Shop for only 3 diamonds!

According to the Jamaa Journal, there's only a few weeks left before the summer Eggstravaganza pets are gone, to make way for the fall Eggstravaganza. It seems that every time I try to get any of the new egg pets, I end up getting a platypus or something. XDD But I definitely will try and get one of the new pets before they're gone!

This page left me a little confused. I wonder if Animal Jam will be doing some sort of an event, or perhaps a new game. I don't know, but I'm excited to find out what this means!

The dessert armor will soon be returning to Jamaa! I'm really excited about this, since I think the dessert armor is super cute. So far only the ice cream helmet is in stores, but I'm sure the rest of the pieces will arrive in the days to come. On the other side of the page, it says that the abstract items are now arriving to Animal Jam! So far there's 4 pieces that are in Jam Mart Furniture right now.

---

What did you think of today's update? I thought it was pretty good!

---

Here's todays Bible verse!

Romans 12:12

Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying.

God made you. Uniquely. Beautifully. Intentionally. Purposefully. Wonderfully.

Celebrating a Year With AJFC

Hello guys! I am SUUUUUUPPPEEEERRR excited about today! This week, Monday August, 19th marked a year since my sister and I became official authors on this blog. It has changed my life. The last year has brought many things - both good and bad. Through it I've learned a lot. I've learned what it's like to be a blogger. Yes, I only post once a week, but I'm glad that I do. I wouldn't be here without you guys! Really!

I want to thank you, as the reader, for being with me the last year. You've seen me grow in my writing. My first posts, were pretty cringey, I must say. You stayed with me anyway. So, today I want to take you back to memory lane, highlighting some of my posts, over the last year.

I want to thank you Gracie, for allowing me to work at my passion - writing. You've taught me tremendously on how to not only write, but how to blog in general. You've taught me the ins and outs. That deserves a big "thank you."

Now, we shall get started. My first "official" post was entitled: Top 10 Best Hats Currently Out
I say official because you may remember, I was a fill-in-author since May 24, 2018.

This was a post that I went to Jam Mart Clothing and I tried on a few hats, that I felt were the best. It's kind of a cheesy first official post. In my post, I said that this...

was my favorite hat, that has since changed. I mean this is absolutely adorable, but I think I like the French Braid a lot better, or even a Fedora! Yeah, why I chose this as my favorite, I REALLY don't know. However, I must admit, I still think it would be in my top 10 though.

My most popular post is my Why So Dark? post with 136 views as I write this. It also had the most comments with 16 comments. I really enjoyed doing the research for this post, and the pictures that I took. :)

At this time, I was also a nonmember as you can see. I remember those days. LOL

Anybody remember the "There's Power In The Word" series? Yeah, I do that allowed me to get a start in making devotional type Christian posts. It was based on Psalms 119, but I didn't finish the series. I felt like I was saying the same thing over and over, I've thought about coming back to it, and I just may.

I feel like I've become better at writing these types of posts. So, maybe I should do that. It may be beneficial for all of us. XD

My "Guess the Worth" post was my least viewed post, with only 11. This was written a month ago, but I was really proud of this post and still am. You see, to me it's not about the views or the comments (though I do love the comments). It's about what I love to post.

My personal favorite post over the last year was either "Different Food Outfit Ideas," (AJ Post) or "What Is Your Desire," (Christian post).

Intro to "What Is Your Desire" post.

If there was one big thing I would like to improve on over the next year it would hands down be my intros. I have changed my style of intros so many times over the year. I can't really say, I like any of them. I just don't know. I don't like them, so that's one thing I want to improve on.

__________________________________________________________________

Over the last year, I have written 48 posts...now it's 49. I've enjoyed writing  95% of them, (the 5% were probably the last 3 There's Power In The Word series I did). Thank you all, for making my blogging journey possible! Thank you! Please comment down below, what you've seen me improve on most over the year, or even what I still need to improve on.

The One Line Drawing Challenge *Collaboration w/ Housemom322*

HELLO WONDERFUL PEOPLE ON THE PLANET EARTH! My apologies for not posting last Friday, I was just really overwhelmed with just stuff, that I really did not feel like posting at all! But today, I am back! I'm really excited to do this blog post today, because I think it will be very interesting, to see the comparison between my sister and I! Just a little bit of information before we start this blog post, I do not use drawing tablets often, I prefer mouse, so it will be cool to see how the tools make a difference! So, let's get started!
1. Tree
This was a pretty simple round! (Yes, I did do this with only one line... I know you guys are probably thinking, HOW DID SHE DRAW THOSE STICKS? Just trace it all the way up.) Anyway, I think it turned out half decent... It's a dead tree but... That's okay!
Moving onto the next one, which will be a horse!
2. Horse
(aka a horse that looks like a donkey)
SO THIS IS MY DONKEY.
HIS NAME IS HORSE.
I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO BE A HORSE.
BUT HE TURNED OUT TO BE A DONKEY.
SO THAT BEING SAID...
He's a donkey that's name is a horse! :D
Honestly, this was a really hard round! Like how are you even able to make a horse without letting go of your mouse??? I don't know???
Anyway, onto the final one, which is probably going to be the second easiest.
3. House
So, this is my house... I think I did okay with it. Basically the circle is a little road that just tracks around the house, and then at the back of the house the road goes on so. Uhm, I think my sister did better for sure. I decided to go for black because I thought black would be kinda cool for a house... maybe... maybe not? :D
So, I guess that's it for today guys!
I hope you guys enjoyed watching me fail horribly! 🤣🤣🤣
Here's today's bible verse!
Job 12:9 (KJV)
Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the LORD hath wrought this?
BYE! :D

What You Can Learn About People On AJ In Just One Trip To Jamaa Township And Bee Wild Weekend 8/15/19 And This Is A Very Long Title

HEYYYY JAM JAMS! I'm currently bored out of my mind so I figured I might as well post, cuz it's kinda my day to post after all. We were gonna go grocery shopping today, but my mom is feeling really sick today. So please keep her in your prayers! I get super stressed whenever a family member is sick, so uh...

I know I seem to apologize every time I do a post for some reason or another, but I really did want to apologize for the wonky posting schedule lately. I know I haven't been posting on Sunday's, and I've said this before, but I am just so exhausted on Sunday's that it makes it super difficult to come out with a decent post. I would love to see daily blog posts on here again, so I'm going to try to make that possible! I would really like to find another blogger to post for me on Sunday's, but it seems like AJ blogging has really declined, and there really aren't many people that can commit to blogging. So, we shall see. My goal is to keep this blog going as long as Animal Jam is around. So I'm definitely hoping that some young and aspiring writers will want to join the blogging world soon!

Okay that's enough rambling, let's get started with today's post. (:

---

I've been wanting to do this blog post for a while, and I got the pictures for this post weeks ago! I'm calling this segment... "What you can learn about people on AJ in just one trip to Jamaa Township. Long title, I know. It's pretty interesting the things you can know about this game as soon as you go into Jamaa Township...

First of all, Jamaa Township is full. Like all the time. Especially Aldan. Sometimes all the other lands are open, except for Jamaa Township, which is basically trading central.

People host weird roleplays in there den that 99% of the time end in drama.

I think to a new player, this alone would be confusing. "trade me flower crown member no yellow" "SWAP MY PHANTOM CLOTHES ON TRADE TO BLACK PLS."

People always beg for rares.

People make 0 sense.

And that's what Animal Jam is aaaaaaaaalllllllll about. :D

---

Anywho, on another note, today is the start of this week's Wild Weekend! Let's take a look at that, as it's rather interesting...

Now for sale in the Diamond Shop is the Royal Bee Armor! In this set is the royal bee armor, and supposedly den items, but I can't find any den items which is strange... If you know where they are please comment below so I can update this post!

These new items are to celebrate National Honeybee Day, which is this Saturday! Let's take a look at the armor.

Okay, this armor isn't horrible, but it isn't my favorite. We've definitely had worse Wild Weekends, but we've also had better. But I mean... Bee's don't have hair.
I'll leave it at that.
(:

---

What did you think of today's update? Be sure to comment beloooow!

Here's todays Bible verse!

John 16:33

I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.

God made you. Uniquely. Beautifully. Intentionally. Purposefully. Wonderfully.
