Today's post is something I wouldn't typically post about since there's some younger viewers on this blog, but I really believe this needs to be addressed.
Thursday at 12 AM (EST), for KING & COUNTRY, a Christian band, released a new music video, that has to do with suicide prevention (as I said previously, this isn't something I'd typically post about), and how precious your life really is, and how there's a God who loves and cares for you so much more than you could ever imagine. So many people have been committing suicide lately, it's insane. Even public figures have been. The suicide rate has increased so much.
Back in the Old Testament, it seems like God is a God of wrath and anger, but really, the only reason why he has wrath and anger, is because he doesn't like seeing his children drifting away from His love and care, into following idols and false gods. He wants the best for us, which is trusting Him with everything, and following Him alone.
Your life is precious, and so worth living. God knows how much your being hurt by people in this world. He knows how much you're being bullied, abused, or whatever you may be going through. But that's not the end. There's so much God has in store for you, and if you just fully commit your life to Him and live for Him, he'll reveal that to you.
This is not the end. God has more for you. Just keep on living. He'll help you through this pain you're facing right now if you let Him. Ephesians 2:10 says,

For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

We are God's masterpiece. We were fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). He sees us as beautiful. Not as trash. He sees us as worthy. Not worthless. He sees us as someone who's life is worth living. Not someone who should just take their own life.
God's words are more powerful, and way more true than any lie any human here on earth could ever tell us.
You are priceless. Beautiful. Unique. Your life is worth living.
