You are absolutely priceless. Did you know that? You are so beautiful, and so loved. You're worth more than all the money in the world. More than all the lies you've been told. More than the fights you have in your own home. You're worth Jesus to God.
All of that probably sounds so countercultural. In today's day and age, all of those things would be thought of as nonsense. Especially the part, you're worth Jesus to God. What does that mean exactly?
Of course we are not Jesus. We never will be Jesus. Only Jesus is Jesus, if that makes sense. But think about this for a minute- God sent His one and only son, Jesus, into the world to die for our sins. It was worth it to God for His only son to be crushed, so that we would be forgiven. Bound up so we would be free. Died so we would be free from the sting of death. Rose again so we would come to life through Him. You're worth all that to God. John 3:16 says,

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

(Emphasis added)
It doesn't say, "For God so loved the world... except for you and that other girl". It says, "For God so loved the world". That means the whole world. Including you! You are not an accident. You are not a mistake. You are here for a God given reason. He loves you so so so much. He's crazy about you. He thinks you're beautiful!
So many times we think if we make a mistake, suddenly God will stop loving us. But that is not the case. God certainly doesn't love the sins we commit, but He certainly loves us despite our shortcomings.
for KING & COUNTRY is a great Christian band, that realizes that, mainly girls, don't recognize their worth. That's why they came out with a song called "Priceless".
