Happy Veteran's Day!

Hi guys! How's your Sunday going? We had a pretty good day at church, and the rest of today we've just been relaxing. :) I'm sure I've expressed this before, but I have to get up at 6:00 AM every Sunday morning to help set up for church, so that's why I'm always super super tired and don't do anything after church. XDD

Today's post is going to be pretty short, but I wanted to talk a bit about Veteran's Day.

I highly highly doubt 30-80 year old people look at this blog (that would be kinda weird), but if you have a mom or dad whose served in the military, thank you so much! Our country is forever indebted for your incredible service. You really are America's heroes.

This year would actually mark 100 years of the end of World War 1!

Also to the families, the spouses as well as the kids, thank you so much for staying strong. Our country really wouldn't have these heroes if it weren't for families staying strong, and doing whatever it takes for their family member.

My dad is a veteran, and Coolcat's grandpa was a veteran in the Vietnam Army, and also served as a Sargent and an expert Sharp Shooter! You can read her post that she did about him a couple of years ago on her blog by clicking here.

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

Christ is the ultimate battle fighter, and will forever be. He died on the cross for our sins, so we could have freedom. And He continues to fight our battles today, and everyday! You wouldn't say that He's a veteran, because He continues to serve and fight daily on our behalf if we believe in Him.

God made you. Uniquely. Beautifully. Intentionally. Purposefully. Wonderfully.
